The status bar wrongly used the same colour as the toolbar, making it
indistinguishable from it. This calculates the status bar colour based
on the toolbar colour.

Thialfihar d359431662 Fix color of selected text in drawer menu for light theme 
The MaterialDrawerTheme.Light.ActionBar makes the drawer icon in the top
left black for some reason. A work-around is to set the primary colour
back to green, so it will be used for Theme.AppCompat.Light and override
the selected text colour for the dark theme.

Thialfihar e267daf602 Make import keys activity honour the theme 
This changes the light theme slightly as well, it uses the actual
background instead of pure white and removes the thick superfluous
divider on top.
The divider at the bottom now has no margin, making the separation from
the FrameLayout on top more consistent, especially when there is
scrollable content.

Thialfihar 1c3fbe9bbe Make bright toolbar themeable 
Also remove a superfluous divider in the decrypt files fragment and the
unused drawer_custom_header.xml.

This changes the color of the toolbar in the light theme as well,
because its brightness didn't play well with the system status bar of
Android, drowning it in whiteness. Now it is still very light, but the
system bar is still faintly visible above it.

Thialfihar 58cb6bb4b7 Start moving colors into themes 
Using attrs instead of fixed colors it will be possible to style
everything and also dynamically grab the color where needed in code.
This is done with colorEmphasis as an initial test.

Also remove several unused colors.

Thialfihar ab81d8903a Support mutliple search words and highlight them 
For the regex matching it would be smart to sort the words by length,
so the longest matches come first. This only matters for queries with
words containing parts of each other, which is an unlikely event and
even then it doesn't break anything.

Thialfihar 73acb69208 Add github, twitter, website info for keybase keys 
The very point of keybase.io is the identification and proven link
to those identities, so it should be nice to have them.
The display is a bit basic still, as it just adds them as userIds,
I'm sure this can be prettified, perhaps with logos?

Thialfihar 2480844884 Cleanup keybase query a bit 
Remove ctime and the cached key, making the query for the entire user
object unnecessary. This should only be done when the user decides to
import the key. Hopefully keybase.io can provide all info necessary in
the search results.

don't know and shouldn't lie about it.

Thialfihar 6162247155 Add extraData property in ImportKeyListEntry 
This allows any KeyServer to store some extra data it might need.
In the case of KeybaseKeyServer it is the username, which then can
be grabbed directly, without the hack of storing it as userId.

Thialfihar 62fb1fb579 Fix key list views in main key view 
Since the views are being reused, a revoked key might set the text
color of a view and when the view is being reused for a non-revoked
key it is still red. So grab the default text colour and set it
explicitly when the key is not revoked.
