- Replace handling of intents with Nordpol tag dispatcher
- Update CreateKeyActivity to pass it's intent to the tag dispatcher
  when invoked by the system (onCreate)
- Add Fidesmo marmeladburk repository
- Add dependency on nordpol-android and nordpol-core
